I generally allot 20 minutes for a complimentary phone consultation to engage in a dialogue about your current situation and answer any questions about my practice and coaching in general.
Our first session will consist of a 60-minute virtual evaluation where we explore your motivations, goals, and what you hope to accomplish in the context of a coaching relationship. Should we determine a mutually “good fit,” we will schedule a follow-up session to outline a coaching framework in support of the goals identified in our initial intake session.
In support of building a sustainable coach/client partnership, I recommend weekly sessions lasting between 45 and 60 minutes. These can be conducted virtually or in person. Some clients benefit from more frequent weekly “check-in’s” (phone or video chat) to track progress on specific issues and/or agreed upon action items. I’m happy to extend clients this service at no additional charge should they not extend beyond 10 minutes.
